JOB TITLE: Operations Manager

LOCATION: Hardwicke, Gloucester

THE PACKAGE: up to £50,000 plus car allowance

THE OPPORTUNITY:

The role involves planning, coordinating, and executing technical projects related to EPoS, payments, and network deployments. It requires ensuring project delivery on time, within scope and budget, and managing the full project lifecycle.

Lead and manage remote technical teams.
Deliver projects aligned with business goals and client needs.
Supervise team performance and provide clear project briefings.
Maintain stakeholder relationships.
Manage project budgets, KPIs, and third-party contracts.
Ensure sustainability and best practices in operations.

THE SKILLS REQUIRED:

Strong project and time management.
Experience leading remote tech teams.
Effective communicator with decision-making under pressure.
Understanding of financial reporting and site-based work.
Full UK driving license.
